"Blood of venom, skin of steel - a slave of his own creation."
This is a comic book character I designed early in college and refined throughout. Below is a rough draft of his history.
This mutant was once the man, Jason Scott. In a chemist experiment gone bad, Scott's blood turned ice cold and became synthetic
scorpion venom. After three weeks some of his bodily functions ceased and his condition slipped further. Unable to live in this
condition much longer, he attempted to make a drug to restore his blood to normal. He was unsuccessful.
His drug did not cure his affliction, but it did control it to a certain extent. After 2 months, Scott returned to normal but
something strange happened. He was quicker and stronger than before. He was overjoyed to see these results. The only flaw was
that the drug had to be administered consistently throughout the day in small doses.
With his newfound powers and his childhood dream of superheroism, he enlisted the help of his friend, Alex Meran (an engineer)
to help design him a suit. After many long months, the suit was complete. The suit allowed Scott to be fed introvenously with the
drug at regular intervals throughout the day.
Unknown to Scott however, the drug that made him whole again is a poison of its own. It is slowly changing him into something
more dark and sinister.
