I've dabbled a bit with paints
and I've found my sense of detail carries over from my pencil work to my paintings. Interestingly enough
I prefer oils over acrylics (I like the blending traits of oils more) and when I work with gouache/watercolor,
it's more remeniscent of the old "color by number" exercises they have in coloring books than it is to the
generally "free style" most watercolor artists are used to.
