[ Character - Jake's Campaign ] Belana : the Half-Elven Arcane Archer      In her first paper and dice role playing experience ever, Debbie plays Belana Fairlight (Moondust), a female half-elven fighter. While her background is sketchy, Belana grew up with human parents and because of that, tends not to give her elven heritage much of a thought. She wears her long golden-blonde hair in two braids about her head just below the point of her ears. This tends to hide her elven heritage from the untrained eye although she rarely gives this a second thought.      Although she chooses her words carefully, she is quick to step up during battle to protect her comarrades. Being a generally quiet person, she is marked by a streak of benevolence and compassion. She remains resolute in her conviction to defend those she holds dear and is quick to act if they are in danger.      She recently discovered her true elven heritage when talking with the high elven council of Syvendale. As a descendant of the fabled ranger heroine, Kryslyn Moondust, she has undertaken the herculean task of rebuilding the long lost relic bow, "Twin Fires". She has recently been accepted into the select group of arcane archers.      She wears a fine suit of mithril chainmail and favors her +3 mighty composite longbow in combat.
